Architect turned corporate (human) capability builder. Polyglot. An accredited Coach. NLP Master Practitioner. And someone who believes that if I want to be in the business of teaching, I must first be on the journey of learning.

My Story

I didn’t start out planning to train 75,000+ professionals and coach across 700+ businesses & individuals. Life had other plans—better ones, as it turns out. With a background in architecture, I understand the importance of strong foundations. But instead of designing buildings, I discovered my passion for designing transformations—in people, teams, and entire organizations.

For the past 25 years, I’ve been in the trenches with businesses across every sector you can imagine: IT & ITES, BFSI, Energy, Manufacturing, Automotive, Consulting, and more. I’ve worked with scrappy startups and 500+ crore enterprises. I’ve coached first-time managers and seasoned CEOs. 

 

And through it all, I’ve learned one fundamental truth: People don’t need more information. They need simple steps to create transformation. And they need a positive vibe while going about it. Its like your dad did when you had almost learnt to cycle but not started cycling independently. Everybody fears falling.

That’s why I created the Mindstream Method—my unique 3-pronged framework of Mindset, Tools, and Skills. Because real change doesn’t happen when you just teach people what to do. It happens when you help them understand why they should do it, give them the tools to make it happen, and build the skills to sustain it.

I’m also a bit of a learning junkie (occupational hazard when you’re in the business of teaching). Over the years, I’ve collected 15+ certifications—not to decorate my wall, but because I genuinely believe in continuous growth. From ICF Coaching to NLP Master Practitioner, from Financial Planning to Instructional Design, each certification has added another dimension to how I serve my clients.

Oh, and I’m a polyglot who speaks all major Indian languages with beginner-level proficiency in French and German. Because in my world, connection is currency, and speaking your language—literally and figuratively—matters.

Four principles that guide everything I do

People are good at multiple things most times, and that's a valid starting point to create change. I don't focus on fixing weaknesses—I help you leverage your strengths to overcome challenges. Because growth happens faster when you build from what's already working. And i offer options in the areas to be worked on and co creating possibilities. Yet, I leave the choice to make changes with the participant only. How else would i respect adult learning principles which is the corner stone of instructional design. ID- something that every learning partner will abide by.

People are perfectly capable of developing themselves in any skill or area. The key is helping them find a compelling reason to do so. My job isn't to fix you—it's to help you unlock the potential that's already there. You're not broken; you're just getting in your own way.

People generally want to succeed. When they're not succeeding, something is standing between them and success. I engage deeply to discover what that is—whether it's mindset blocks, missing tools, or underdeveloped skills. Then we remove those barriers together.

I believe people respond to positive reinforcement better than criticism (groundbreaking, I know). My approach helps participants discover their compelling reason for change, creating the foundation for lasting transformation. Because when the mindset shifts, everything shifts.

From NLP techniques to Design Thinking, SPIN selling to Stephen Covey's principles, I equip participants with proven frameworks they can actually use on Monday morning. No theory without practice, no learning without doing, and definitely no "synergy" without substance. These are tools that work in boardrooms, sales calls, and even those awkward team huddles.

Actionable Skills

I focus on building capabilities that drive real business outcomes: influencing without manipulating, negotiating without capitulating, problem-solving without creating new problems.
